Consultation & Communication Course

Coffee Break: 12:00 – 12:20
Course Continues: 12:20 – 14:00
Lunch: 14:00 – 15:00
Course Continues: 15:00 – 17:00

The Consultation and Communication Course teaches you how to create Occupied Home Consultations to properly advise property owners what they need to do to prepare for sale.

A key element of this process is how to effectively communicate with your client in ways that does not offend them or cause them to resist the suggestions. As a professional Stager, we have to win them over to our side and do this with a combination of understanding seller psychology and words to use (or not use). Ultimately we need to relate to the client and establish rapport that makes them trust us and want to do what we suggest.

What you will learn:

– Effective Communication
– Timing is the Key
– Psychology of the Seller
– What Not to Say
– Identify the Steps for a Consultation
– How to Become Proficient at Phase 2 Hands-on Upsell
– How to Price your Consultations
